Overview
Is there a weight restriction?
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Do I have to watch the preflight video?
All first-time flyers are required to watch the preflight video. You’ll get a lot of important and helpful information.
Can I eat before I fly?
Yes, feel free to eat before your scheduled flight session. You won’t get any feeling of motion sickness, nausea, or dropping feeling in your stomach.
Can I wear my glasses?
Yes. We have larger goggles that fit over eyeglasses.
What shoud I wear?
Please wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers, or running shoes. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. You won’t have to change out of these clothes—you'll put your flight suit on over your street clothes. Individuals with long hair should wear it braided and in a low bun.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to your reservation start. You may be in a group with other individuals and your experience will begin promptly upon the scheduled reservation. Participants who arrive late to their reservation time may not be able to fly.
Who can fly?
We welcome flyers from all ages. If you have reasonable health and fitness you can fly. But do check the criteria below before you book. We’ll do everything we can to help you fly because our goal is to deliver the dream of flight to everyone! There are a few exceptions:
-Flyers must be 3 years of age or older.
