If I do not ride, do I have to pay to enter the park?
No, if you do not ride you do not have to pay to enter the park. It is free to enjoy watching your family and friends. You only pay if you would like to ride the rides at the amusement park.

Can I ride the rides at Family Kingdom without shirts and shoes?
No, due to safety reasons, all riders must wear shoes and shirts while riding all rides at Family Kingdom.

If it rains, can I get a refund?
Family Kingdom does not close rides due to rain, however in the event of thunder and lighting, rides will be temporarily closed. Since the park remains open, even on rainy days, we do not offer any refunds or rain checks.

Can I leave the park and come back in?
Yes, with a wristband purchase, you can leave the park and return anytime on the day of purchase. Keep your wristband on and to re-enter just show ride attendant.

Do I have to stay with my children while we're at the park?
Yes, all children under 16 years of age need an adult chaperone with them at all times while at Family Kingdom. Kids under 16 cannot be left alone at the park.

Can we bring food, drinks, or coolers into the park?
No, you cannot bring in food, drinks, or coolers into the park. Family Kingdom Amusement Park offers a wide variety of onsite food & beverage concessions for your enjoyment.

Do you sell beer and alcohol in the park?
No, we do not sell beer, wine, or other alcohol in the park. Beer, wine, and other alcohol is also not permitted to be brought into the park.

Know before you go

Parking
On-site parking is available at Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Bus parking is also available. See the parking lot attendants for special bus parking.

ATM
Family Kingdom has several automated teller machines/ATM's located in the Amusement Park for your convenience.

Dress Code
To insure everyone enjoys our family atmosphere, clothing with offensive words or pictures will not be permitted inside Family Kingdom Amusement Park.

Pets
All pets, with the exception of service animals, are not allowed on Family Kingdom property. All service animals must also be on a lease at all times while in the park.

Inclement Weather
Some attractions may close during bad weather until conditions permit safe operations. In case of severe weather, further instructions will then be given over
the Park’s public address system.

Coolers
Coolers cannot be brought into Family Kingdom. Personal coolers of any kind or size are not permitted in Family Kingdom Amusement Park.

Lost and Found
All lost and found articles should be turned in and claimed at the Amusement Park office. Park personnel will not be able to retrieve any lost belongings during parks hours due to safety reasons.

Payments at the Park
Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and United States Traveler’s checks are accepted for admission at the Amusement Park. Personal or business checks are not accepted.

Park Security
Family Kingdom Security is on premises at all times during hours of operation. Security Officers are available to assist at any time throughout your visit to Family Kingdom.

Separated Parties
Park security is available to assist with locating young children, or missing parents.
An adult must accompany all patrons under 16 years of age at all times at the Park.

Weapons and Alcoholic Beverages
Weapons of any kind and alcoholic beverages(beer, wine, liquor) and illegal drugs are prohibited on Family Kingdom park property.
