Where do I pick up my Beach 2U Rentals?
We'll meet you at the beach! Beach 2U Rentals has 6 scheduled delivery / pick-up locations throughout West and South Maui, which you can view on our Destinations page. Each area of the island has a set schedule, like a shuttle, that stops 5 times a day, every 30 minutes, between 10am-5pm, 6-days a week.* When your delivery driver is en route to the side of the island you selected when booking, you'll be alerted via email, or text - as long as you've opted into SMS notifications. When you arrive at the beach, just look for our bright, colorful van and smiling driver, ready to deliver your best beach day ever.
How do I return my rentals?
Refer to the delivery/pick-up schedule sent to you via email or text to return to the nearest location closest to you at the time you're ready to leave the beach. Each scheduled stop is within a few 2-3 miles of each other, and the delivery driver stops at each beach every 30 minutes.
Please Note: There is a $50 refundable deposit due at the time of your rental pickup. Your delivery driver will be ready at that time to process your deposit, which will be refunded the same day, in-full, as long as everything you rented is returned in the same condition as when it was dropped off, and complete with all parts and pieces. A fair replacement cost for any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the deposit and any balance left over, if applicable, will be refunded to the customer.

1. Pick Your Wants & Needs
While on vacation, far away from home, trying to put together the best beach day ever may seem impossible, but Beach 2U Rentals has made the impossible possible! Simply, choose any rentals you want to complete your best beach day ever, such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, activities like a snorkel set or boogie board, or a ball set that includes a football, soccer ball, and volley ball. All delivered FREE 2U!
2. Pick When & Where We Meet You
Beach 2U Rentals services the two most popular sides of the Maui Island- the West and South sides. Both sides have three delivery and pick-up scheduled stops to the most popular, centrally-located beaches on that side of the island, while making a stop every 30 minutes to those beaches, enabling you to pick up and return your items to the same beach or another one on that same side of the island. The West side’s scheduled stops service a beach radius from Ka'anapali to Honolua Bay, while the South side services a beach radius from Sugar Beach to Makena Beach (aka Big Beach).
3. Pick It Up At the Beach
On the day of your rental, look for the colorful Beach 2U Rentals Van at any of the three beaches located on the side of the island you have chosen, at any of the scheduled times for that beach, and grab your Gear, Games, or Grub, to have your best beach day ever. It's what we call, "Where Aloha Meets The Beach!"

Know before you go
What if I want to return my rentals early? No worries, Beach 2U Rentals runs on a consistent schedule, like a shuttle, so you can locate where your delivery driver is scheduled to be at that time, and meet them at the next available drop zone. Go to the Destinations page to view the schedule. Note: Muliti-day rentals are not eligible for a refund if returned early.
What if I miss the last pick-up time? Time flies when you're having fun! If you miss the final 5:00 pm pick-up time, simply call us at 808-563-4189 to make arrangements to add an additional rental day or drop it off at our office location in Wailuku.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hrs prior to delivery date, customer may reschedule order or request a full refund. If between 24-48 hrs, customer can reschedule order for another date. If less than 24 hrs from delivery, no refunds or cancellations.
