Overview

Experience Asheville's eerie side on the Haunted History & Murder Mystery Ghost Trolley Tour. This fully narrated journey takes you through the city's most haunted locales, sharing stories of the legendary Pink Lady at the Grove Park Inn, the ghost of Church Street, the 1936 unsolved murder that shook the community, child spirits at a haunted hospital, an architect entombed in his own church, the 1906 killing spree, Nazi agents based in Asheville, and the hospital fire that claimed Zelda Fitzgerald. Comfortably seated in a classic red trolley, you'll traverse the city's shadowy streets, uncovering tales of spirits, spies, and mountain-made mayhem.​

Know before you go

Departure Point: Pack’s Tavern, 20 South Spruce Street in Downtown Asheville. The trolley will arrive and begin boarding 20 minutes before the tour departure time. Check-in will take place at the trolley. Please note there will not be a waiting area available inside Pack’s Tavern.

Parking: Free first-come-first served parking is available after 5PM at a City of Asheville parking lot located 1/2 block south of Pack’s Tavern on Marjorie Street. Paid parking is available approximately 1 block north of Pack’s Tavern at 164 College Street.
