Please note: A waiver will be included in your confirmation email from RideAway Adventures, please complete it before your delivery date.
Responsibility: Renters are fully responsible for all items during the rental period. It's recommended not to leave equipment unattended.
Preparation: Plan for outdoor activities by bringing sunscreen, water, and appropriate attire.
Booking: Select your desired equipment and provide an exact residential address for delivery and pickup.
Communication: RideAway Adventures will send you a confirmation email that contains a waiver, this must be completed. Additionally RideAway Adventures will call 10–20 minutes prior to drop-off and pick-up. Ensure your phone is accessible during these windows.
Equipment Care: Avoid leaving items unattended or at the beach. Charges apply for damaged or stolen equipment.
Assistance: Staff can assist in carrying items to the beach upon delivery.
Cancellations: All sales are final.
