Participant Requirements:
Minimum age: 10 years
Participants aged 10–17 must be accompanied by an adult
Weight range: 60 to 250 pounds; height requirement: at least 4 feet tall
Mandatory weigh-ins will be conducted; refunds are not provided for those outside the specified range
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable walking on uneven terrain and stairs
Ability to stand for up to two hours and carry up to 14 pounds
Health Considerations: Guests with allergies to insect stings should bring appropriate medication

Ziplining guests must not be pregnant or have heart conditions and must not have any injuries that have not healed or for which their physician has not released them from medical care. Also, zipline guests must not have had any surgical procedure in the last twelve (12) months from which they have not fully recovered without any significant limitations on their physical activities.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to zipline and will not be refunded
For ziplining, wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe, closed-heel hiking or athletic shoes. Temperatures can be a few degrees cooler on the mountain. Rain gear will be provided if needed. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended for a day of ziplining.
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to tour time.
