The captains work hard to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience and earn their living from tips. An 18% gratuity is greatly appreciated for parties of six or fewer. For parties of seven or more, an 18% gratuity is automatically charged at check-in.

Restrooms: Tiki boats are not equipped with restrooms; please use facilities onshore before boarding.
Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Weather: Cruises are subject to favorable weather conditions; in case of cancellation due to weather, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
