Know before you go
Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in and orientation.
Personal Items: It's recommended to bring water, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Phones or cameras should be in a waterproof case with a float attached. A towel and a change of dry clothes can be left in your car for after the tour.
Weather: Tours operate rain or shine; however, in the event of severe weather, tours may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.
