Additional Information
Age and Weight Restrictions: Participants must be at least 8 years old or weigh a minimum of 70 pounds. Guests must be able to wear a Type V Personal Flotation Device, accommodating chest measurements up to 58 inches.
Footwear: Secure shoes with a heel strap are required; flip-flops and bare feet are not permitted.
Check-In: Arrive at the outpost at your scheduled check-in time. An orientation will commence once all guests are present. Secure personal belongings in your vehicle, as it will serve as your locker during the trip.

What to Wear: Suitable attire includes swimwear, quick-drying clothing, and secure footwear with a heel strap. Avoid cotton clothing during cooler weather; opt for wool or synthetic materials. Wetsuit rentals are available if needed.
What to Bring: A change of dry clothes for after the trip, sunscreen, and straps for eyeglasses if applicable.
