Rental Requirements: Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and car insurance.

Pickup and Return: Day and overnight rentals must be picked up and returned to the rental location. Day rentals should be returned by 4:30 PM, and overnight rentals by 9:00 AM. Late returns will incur additional charges.

Charging Requirements: Overnight and multi-day rentals require access to a standard 110V outlet for charging. Failure to return the vehicle fully charged will result in a $250 recharge fee.

Driving Restrictions: Mokes are permitted on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less. Driving on roads exceeding this limit may result in termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
