Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow time for check-in.
Distance: Approximate miles traveled is 13 miles.
Safety Disclaimer: Due to safety regulations, they cannot accommodate individuals weighing 300 lbs or more. The maximum combined group weight can not be over 600 lbs.
Age: There is not an age requirement. They ask that passengers under the age of 24 months ride in an adult's lap.
Capacity: A maximum of 3 people can ride at a time. The minimum is 2 people/ 2 tickets.
Safety of Pilots: All of their pilots go through tough Federal Aviation Administration set standards to becoming pilots. They make sure it is safe and follow all regulations.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow time for check-in.
Cancellations: Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of scheduled booking gets a full refund.
